GMG first achieved Investors in Young People (IIYP) in 2014. This made GMG the first accredited Scottish Construction Company to do so. The following year, GMG became the first SME company in the UK to achieve IIYP Gold.

It was a successful evening for GMG Contractors Ltd and their apprentices at the annual South Lanarkshire College Construction Awards 2019 held at Hamilton Town Hall.

To win a single RoSPA Gold Award is noteworthy in anyone’s book. To win ten consecutive RoSPA Gold Awards and be awarded the RoSPA President’s Award for it is all the more impressive.

GMG Construction have had a close and very productive relationship with South Lanarkshire College for over 25 years, specifically focussed on the delivery of Roofing apprenticeships.

At GMG we very much believe in being an active member of the community and giving back where we can. On Friday the 5th, October 18, Action For Children held their annual Byte Night.
