Our professional staff and attention to detail secured us the contract to re-roof Brookwood Villa in Bearsden, a project in collaboration with East Dunbartonshire Council and development partner hub West Scotland, alongside Linear Design and Construct.
A former library, the building is being restored to a multi-use community facility, and we are delighted to announce the completion of the re-roofing works.
Our contractors started carrying out the works in December last year, which involved attention to the decoration works on the Victorian property as well as stripping, slating, flat roof works and implementing new cast-iron rainwater goods.
A GMG representative said: “We have loved being a part of creating this facility for Bearsden residents, and helping to restore what is a beautiful building loved by its locals. Hopefully, this marks the beginning of a great new chapter for both.”
