In 2023, we announced our successful appointment to Fife Housing Group’s five-year framework through their Dynamic Purchasing System a milestone that reflected GMG’s continued growth and commitment to delivering quality public works across Scotland.
Now, just over a year on, we are pleased to share that we have successfully completed Year 1 of the contract and are now entering Year 2 with renewed energy and focus.
We are proud to mark this progress alongside Fife Housing Group. Over the past 12 months, both organisations have worked collaboratively to make a real difference in communities, enhancing energy efficiency, improving insulation, roofing, and rendering, and ultimately creating better homes and neighbourhoods.
With approximately 2,500 properties under their care, Fife Housing Group is one of the largest independent housing associations in the East of Scotland and we are honoured to continue playing a role in supporting their residents.
