We are pleased to announce that phase one is now complete at our site in Livingston, with phase two underway and progressing well.
As part of our work with West Lothian Council, which was attained as part of the EWI Improvements Programme through the Procurement for Housing (PfH) Capital Works And Associated Services Dynamic Purchasing System last year, our multi-disciplined contractors are delivering on time and to a high quality. These two phases are also funded by the Energy Efficient Scotland: Area Based Schemes (EES: ABS) and Capital Works to ensure improved energy efficiency and to combat fuel poverty.
The work required has included everything from installing external wall and loft insulation to mechanical ventilation, re-roofing and roofline replacement.
This has been carried out on many properties across the authority area, and all GMG work is carried out to PAS 2035 standards. A multi-property and multi-disciplined body of work, the project has required our employees’ varied and extensive expertise within decoration, gas, electrical and joiner works, as well as asbestos removal.
A GMG representative said: “We are pleased with the progress being made at our site in Livingston, with phase one complete and phase two coming together nicely. The properties in phase one have been given a new lease of life, and we are looking forward to delivering for our client and its residents in the next phase.”Want to work with us?
