One of the many benefits of our large apprenticeship scheme is being able to assist the progression of our latest intake of young people to fully qualified trades practitioners.
Many of our apprentices are classified as hard to reach and, as such, require a more hands-on approach and additional mentoring throughout their training.
GMG provides this through the “How Am I Doing” monthly review, which is a specific personnel evaluation programme that helps us identify each individual’s plan., so we can then focus on their development together throughout the apprenticeship journey.
