We are delighted to have secured a contract with South Ayrshire Council to give properties in Lochside a new lease of life.
Our team will carry out a whole suite of upgrades on the 170 properties as part of the project, involving everything from the installation of external wall insulation (EWI) and cavity wall insulation, to the replacement of gutters, rooflines and downpipes.
The properties will also require re-roofing, and we will draw on our team’s vast and varied knowledge and expertise in associated gas, electrical and joinery works. Retrofitting works will be carried out to improve the energy efficiency of the properties, meaning warmer homes and savings on energy bills for the South Ayrshire residents.
Our GMG representative said: “We are thrilled to be working with South Ayrshire Council. We have carried out numerous projects for the council in the past, including re-roofing works at Southcraig School in Ayr and refurbishment works in Kincaidston, and we were really pleased when we heard they wanted to work with us again on this new project. The properties in Lochside will receive all manner of upgrades and across a variety of trades, so it’s sure to be a fun and rewarding project to work on.”
