Our team is looking forward to commencing our latest project for South Lanarkshire Council in Springhall, Rutherglen.
This summer, GMG contractors will carry out a variety of re-rendering and associated works on six blocks of flats in the area, as part of a new contract with South Lanarkshire Council.
Improvements will be made to the external fabric of the properties, as well as decoration upgrades and cavity wall insulation installation. The team will also carry out required AV, joinery and electrical works.
These improvements will upgrade the appearance and aesthetic of the buildings, providing residents with fresh-feeling homes this summer and benefit the community as a whole.
We have been pleased to work with South Lanarkshire Council on numerous projects now, with our recent contract for a multi-property refurbishment project in East Kilbride progressing well.
