This initiative focused on revitalising seven blocks of flats, delivering significant improvements to both the appearance and functionality of the buildings, while enhancing the quality of life for residents.

Our team carried out a wide range of upgrades, including:

• Re-rendering: The external fabric of the properties was renewed, giving the buildings a fresh, modern look and ensuring long-term durability.
• Cavity Wall Insulation: State-of-the-art insulation was installed to improve energy efficiency and comfort for residents.
• External Environmental Works: Enhancements included slabbing, paving, turf laying, and fencing, creating a cleaner, safer, and more welcoming outdoor environment.

Every aspect of the project was carefully managed to minimise disruption to residents while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
