GMG are excited to have works underway at their recently awarded contract for Maryhill Housing Association.
The roof renovation upgrade began in August and is due to be completed this September.
This project, valued at £105,000, has required a variety of different skills throughout to achieve a high quality finish. It involved many pairs of expert hands on board to bring back the original character of the building by fully replacing the slated roof, along with many other essential upgrades such as:
The site manager for the project explained: “This contract has been enjoyable to manage from the beginning, and it’s been great transforming this traditional roof into a modern masterpiece, finished with Spanish slate.”
