We are pleased to announce another contract win with South Lanarkshire Council, this time a multi-property project in East Kilbride.
The work will be carried out over a 30 week period starting this month, and will see our team upgrading the external fabric of six blocks of flats in the area.
With a mixture of two, three and four storey blocks, the large scale project will involve our teams accessing each building and carrying out repairs and maintenance specific to each property. Upgrading the buildings will involve replacing roof tiling, roofline and rainwater goods, as well as renovating the exterior roughcast, decoration works, and installing cavity wall insulation.
