This initiative reflects GMG’s continued focus on nurturing talent from within and ensuring our teams have the skills and confidence to lead effectively. Alongside this qualification, the managers will also be completing GMG’s internal software training, designed to enhance operational efficiency and support project delivery across all levels.
Since joining GMG, each of these individuals has shown a strong commitment to their growth, successfully completing CSCS cards, SSSTS, SMSTS, and First Aid training. These achievements demonstrate the culture of continuous improvement that runs through every part of our organisation.
