We are pleased to announce the completion of our refurbishment works in Glebe Gardens, Lesmahagow.
GMG won the contract from South Lanarkshire Council to transform the sheltered housing complex last year after completion of another successful project for the public body in Kirkconnel Drive, Rutherglen.
Glebe Gardens is a purpose-built development with 15 one-bedroom and 3 two-bedroom cottages, consisting of private gardens, a communal lounge and laundry facilities. With refurbishment now completed, residents can enjoy their newly renovated homes, with re-rendering works, decoration works to internal closes including a fresh lick of paint, roof maintenance and wood upgrades put in place, along with the renewal of external lights.
GMG also carried out works on the local community hub, which involved flat roof works and lead works including re-slating and re-coping, as well as the installation of comprehensive rubber systems.
