GMG wins place on £100m framework

We are proud to have secured a contract win with the Scottish Procurement Alliance (SPA).

GMG was selected to be a part of the Refurbishment and Modernisation (RM3) Framework to upgrade and improve public sector and social housing buildings in Scotland.

This means that GMG will now have the opportunity to be directly awarded contracts to work on these projects and through competitions worth up to £100 million combined value, with GMG one of only 22 businesses selected to be a part of the framework.

At its heart, GMG is committed to delivering comfortable, energy efficient homes for its clients and residents, as well as carrying out this work with the environment in mind. This mission is one that directly aligns with SPA, and we are thrilled to partner with an organisation that holds the same values as us.

Lesley Anderson, Regional Director for SPA, said: “We’re constantly seeking ways to help further support the public sector in improving their homes and buildings while ensuring an environmental focus is at the heart of every step.

“This framework will empower councils, social landlords, the NHS, and various organisations to efficiently and cost-effectively maintain and upgrade buildings, ensuring they offer warm and comfortable living spaces.”

A GMG representative said: “After a competitive tendering process we were delighted to have been selected alongside many other great businesses to be a part of the RM3 framework. Our expert team is excited to see how this partnership unfolds, with a variety of work expected on a number of different types of property.”
