We are excited to be partnering with South Lanarkshire Council on another brilliant project to refurbish properties in the community.
Starting this month, the houses in Kilncroft Terrace, Douglas will receive re-roofing works, re-render works and the installation of cavity wall insulation, with our contractors working to accommodate the air source heat pumps already installed on the existing external walls.
Valued at £400,000, the project will be headed up by Team GMG, and will help residents improve their energy efficiency and give a fresh look and feel to the homes.
This community development project is part of a series of contract wins with South Lanarkshire Council, which included refurbishment works for residents of sheltered housing complex Glebe Gardens, Lesmahagow and blocks of flats on Kirkconnel Drive, Rutherglen.
A GMG representative said: “This project is another exciting opportunity to work with South Lanarkshire Council, this is a great testimony to our team’s reputation for outstanding attention to detail, high standards and great work output. The contract comes after we completed similar works for the council on a block of flats on Kirkconnel Drive, and we are excited to once again be delivering for South Lanarkshire residents.”
