GMG won a contract with South Ayrshire Council to renovate the flat roof and install External Wall Insulation (EWI) to PAS 2035 standards on flats
in Kincaidston.
Work on the flats started in February 2023, with an overall value
of £1 million and completed in time for 2024.
The installation of EWI improved the look, quality, and environmental performance of the Kincaidston homes, all the while reducing energy
costs to residents.
