GMG are carrying out a package of high-quality mixed repairs and refurbishments on a raft of council properties in Falkirk.
The project differs from other local authority contracts secured by the company, as the works are tailored to the needs of each individual home.
GMG have identified the requirements for each house and are working to those unique specifications in order to achieve a consistently high standard and finished image.
The programme of works includes asbestos removal, render repairs, replacement and renewal of soffits, fascias and gutters, sill replacements, roof repairs, roof stripping, roof retiling, chimney roughcasting and chimney dropping.
Site Manager John Gallagher said: “This will be an exciting project due to the diversity of the works, which differ from house to house.
“They are needs-specific and we will ensure the highest standard of image and quality throughout the project.”
Aside from full roof, fascia, soffit and rainwater goods replacement, GMG are fitting new pediments and other key features to give the Falkirk Council properties a sharp finish.
