GMG Contractors is delighted to be a partner with Fife Housing Group to deliver a comprehensive programme of energy efficiency and renewable energy upgrades across 28 properties in Fife.
The project, which runs from 18 August 2025 to 31 March 2026, will see GMG undertake a series of key improvements designed to enhance comfort, reduce carbon emissions, and lower energy bills for residents.
As part of the contract, GMG Contractors will install and upgrade a range of energy efficiency measures, including:

These improvements will contribute towards meeting the Scottish Housing Quality Standard (SHQS), Energy Efficiency Standard for Social Housing 2 (EESSH2), and future Net Zero targets.
