We are pleased to report that our work on the Lochside project in partnership with the Energy Agency & South Ayrshire Council is progressing well and remains on schedule. The improvements to the 170 properties are already taking shape, with noticeable enhancements being made across various aspects of the refurbishment.
Our team has been working diligently to install external wall insulation (EWI) and cavity wall insulation, ensuring improved energy efficiency for residents. The replacement of gutters, rooflines, and downpipes is well underway, along with crucial re-roofing work, which is being carried out with precision by our skilled professionals.
Beyond structural improvements, the project has also seen significant progress in associated gas, electrical, and joinery works, drawing on the expertise of our experienced tradespeople. The retrofitting efforts are already delivering visible benefits, setting the stage for warmer, more energy-efficient homes and long-term savings on energy bills for South Ayrshire residents.
