2023 has been a successful year for GMG as we announce another framework win, this time through the Dynamic Purchasing System implemented by Fife Housing Group.
The five-year framework started in early May, and will see GMG with the opportunity carry out works to improve insulation and energy efficiency, roofing and rendering on the properties across lots one, three and five. Responsible for around 2,500 properties, Fife Housing Group is one of the biggest independent housing associations in the East of Scotland.
A GMG representative said: “We are thrilled and eager to have been successful with Fife Housing Group’s new Framework through the Dynamic Purchasing System.
“We were successful in three lots, and are looking forward to improving the homes over the next five years for their residents.
“We are experienced in new-build and public works, and are delighted to be part of a framework which invests and supports the community.”
