We have teamed up with Cairn Housing Association to carry out essential roofing works on one of their sheltered housing properties in Perth and Kinross.
Cairn Housing Association believes everyone should have access to high-quality housing, a value that directly aligns with our beliefs at GMG. Dewar Court, a sheltered retirement community housing complex in Perth comprising 64 flats, was originally built in 1982 and requires an improvement upgrade to its roof.
The 12-week programme, due to begin in late March, will involve pitched roof and flat roof renewal, as well as replacing the roof line and rainwater goods. The £500,000 renovations mean that residents will enjoy improved energy efficiency, full weather-proofing and an aesthetic finish.
A GMG representative said: “This project gives our team a great deal of pride. Our work will help to improve the lives of those residing in Dewar Court. We are delighted to be working with Cairn Housing Association and supporting the local community.”
