Full refurbishment works, in partnership with South Lanarkshire Council, to upgrade
the sheltered accommodation development in Glebe Gardens, Lesmahagow. Works were carried out on 15 one-bedroom houses and three two-bedroom cottages.
The project was awarded to GMG after a previous successful contract with South Lanarkshire Council to improve the flat blocks in Kirkconnel Drive, after a fire devastated the properties and left them in need of a comprehensive upgrade,
and the upcoming Kilncroft Terrace project.
The GMG team completed refurbishment works on the properties in Glebe
Gardens, and were delighted to share the development’s completed transformation with residents.
