A major refurbishment of four-in-a-block flats and other residential properties in Dalkeith on behalf of Midlothian Council.
Our specialist teams were on-site at the premises in Musselburgh Road and James Lean Street, Dalkeith. The programme of work involved rendering upgrades, roof and drainage repairs, chimney re-rendering and gutter clearing.
Throughout the project, our team facilitated open communication with the residents, sub-contractors and council to improve the workflow.
The completed refurbishment supports energy-saving home improvements and demonstrates our commitment to help residents live in safe, dry homes.
