We are committed to integrating health and safety considerations into our business decisions to help ensure the safety of our workforce, our contractors and the public.
GMG is committed to the continued development of our employees to ensure they remain fully aware of, and competent in, their health and safety responsibilities, as shown by our OHSAS 18001, RoSPA, CHAS, UKAS and SMAS certifications and accreditations.
Independent safety consultants carry out rigorous audits and ensure all safety documentation and procedures are adhered to and complied with. Internal training programmes ensure every part of our workforce is aware of the latest regulations and safe working practices. In January 2022, we appointed our first fully trained Mental Health First Aiders to further support our team’s wellbeing.
