GMG was awarded the contract for external refurbishment improvements on a major upgrade of military service accommodation by the Defence Infrastructure Organisation.
The project involved everything from stripping and removing the existing roof coverings, including sarking, to timber alterations to accommodate a new roofing system and re-sheeting. Our team carried out concrete roof tiling, uPVC soffits, fascia and rainwater goods and uPVC cladding. The project also involved built-up flat roofing, work on structural timbers, refurbishment of garage roofs and replacement doors, waterproofing the concrete system as well as constructing and decorating new retaining walls.
Our team worked closely with the community and key stakeholders, and were delighted to complete to project for residents to benefit from the home upgrades.
