We were delighted to have won the contract for the complete internal and external refurbishment of Sanctuary Housing Association’s homes in Cumbernauld, North Lanarkshire.
The intricate refurbishment works on Ivanhoe Road, Cumbernauld, involved everything from the conversion of flat to pitched roofs to an external wall insulation render system.
Our team also installed a lightweight Decra roof system, uPVC soffits, fascia and rainwater goods, replaced all external windows and doors, updated external drainage and decorative walls, steelwork, and installed new heating systems and a complete electrical rewire.
Residents will benefit from the replacement kitchen and bathrooms we installed, along with screeding, plastering and decoration.
The outdoor space was also given attention with soft and hard landscaping, along with turfing. Our team worked closely with the community and various stakeholders.
The programme of work was completed on time and within budget. The new rendering. to the external walls will help protect the fabric of the building and future-proof it for years to come.
