GMG secured a contract with Linear Design and Construct to re-roof Brookwood Villa, Bearsden. This was part of a project in collaboration with East Dunbartonshire Council and development partner hub West Scotland to renovate the property into a multi-use facility for the community.
We started the project in December 2022 and completed it within three months in February 2023. Our work involved attention to the decoration works on the Victorian property as well as slating, stripping, flat-roof works and implementing new cast-iron rainwater goods.
The people of Bearsden now have a new multi-use facility to enjoy, all while still enjoying the look and feel of the original, much-loved building.
